RA293107 - Road Surfacing

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust's Shrewsbury site, requires a contractor to provide costs to undertake road /pavement resurfacing works. The Estates point of contact at the hospital for any clarifications /site visits is: Andrew Newell, andrew.newell@nhs.net, 07528 791625.

The contractor is advised that the whole of the works and quantities are subject to a remeasure and approval from the Trust in terms of final scope. Owing to budget constraints, the contractor is advised that not all the works as shown may be undertaken. The contractor must allow for this in preparing their rates as the same will be used in undertaking the final assessment of the works, irrespective of the quantities as shown. The Trust will look to agree the scope of works prior to commencing the same on site in order to confirm the scope and cost.
