16-043: Rent Account Risk

Rotherham would like to invite tenders from experienced Arrears Management Tool software providers, with previous experience of delivering similar project requirements. Rotherham MBC require a fully managed and hosted Software as a Service Arrears Management Tool which will be required to analyse up to 20,500 rent accounts each week and/ or day and identify those accounts which are in genuine arrears which require appropriate action by relevant officers covering 7 housing patches.
