Please note that although this Notice is set up as an Open Procedure, it is in fact being advertised as a procurement under Schedule 3 - Social And Other Specific Services, and is therefore not subject to the full regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The BBC is looking for a supplier(s) to provide an Employee Assistance Programme and a Bullying and Harassment Helpline. The requirement is split into two (2) Lots: Lot 1- Employee Assistance Programme: Lot 2 – Bullying and Harassment Helpline. The initial contract term will be two (2) years following which the BBC may at its discretion extend the term by up to 24 months.
