Wellingborough Homes invites expressions of interest from Contractors for the domestic central heating and boiler replacement contract in Wellingborough.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors able to offer a competitive and reliable service for a three year period, commencing August 2016. Scope of work includes around 200 properties per year in the Borough of Wellingborough.
Contractors will be required to be a member of Constructionline and a recognised Safety Scheme in Procurement. Inclusion upon the list cannot guarantee that a tender will be invited.
period is £1.75M excl. VAT. The contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). MEAT for this Contract is quality 40% and cost 60%, further details to be provided in the invitation to tender.
