The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is seeking to appoint a Creative Programming Partner to provide services as a delivery partner on OPDC's Great Place Scheme. The Great Place Scheme fund was set up by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), Arts Council England and Historic England and aims to embed arts, culture and heritage in local plans and decision making. Following a successful bid, the Great Place Scheme programme has an expected expenditure of almost £3.5 million (inclusive of cash and non-cash contributions).Within the 3.5 million,

£1.9 million will be cash expenditure, including almost £1.5m from the funders. This budget will be available to develop and deliver a 3 year Great Place Scheme programme in Old Oak and Park Royal. This procurement is being managed by Transport for London (TfL) on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA). The process is being carried out electronically via the TfL's eTendering portal: ProContract from ProActis
