CBC-0815-Q-CE Care Assessment Support System - AWARD

The purpose of the technical solution is to provide information and evidence to support the assessment of care needs for a person. In some cases there is a need to evaluate the capability of person over time and gather more detailed information about how they are able to care for themselves in their home environment. The purpose of the technical solution, therefore, is to enable the activity of a person to be monitored in their own home for a period of time so that the information gathered can inform the development of appropriate care support arrangements.

Contract Start date: 01/03/2018. We expect to operate the technical solution for a period of three years.

Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically, no later than 12:00 noon on 12/01/2018, tenders received after that time will be excluded. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Help and support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure of or need clarification of, then please contact us using the correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.
