The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) wishes to commission an independent contractor to provide evidence on the impacts of Acas ‘Open Access’ training.

The research contractor will work closely with Acas’ Research and Evaluation Section (RES) who will oversee this work.

The key objective is to provide evidence of Acas’ compliance with its Service Level Agreement with its sponsor the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS). The SLA target relating to Open Access Training is:  To deliver reliable evidence on the Key Performance Indicator:

“% of delegates reporting that training provided by Acas resulted in a change in policy or practice”.
