The London Borough of Bexley wishes to appoint a Concessionaire(s) for sixteen Refreshment Vehicle Concessions to sell a range of refreshments and ice creams within fifteen of its Parks and Open Spaces. The Council requires a good quality service to be provided to the public that is relevant to the location and reasonably priced. The concessionaire may tender for as few or as many of the concessions available as they are practically able to operate.
