Thetford Town Council is looking for a new business mobile phone contract for the following:
| • | 15 phones (currently using Samsung Galaxy J6) |
| • | 5 x phones with all-inclusive text calls and data |
| • | 10 x phones with minimum 1GB monthly data unlimited texts and minutes |
| • | 2-year contract |
Good coverage in Thetford area is essential
Written quotes to be received by Friday 1st October and should include the following:
| • | Executive summary of costs including one off and monthly costs |
| • | Replacement handset costs |
| • | Proposed solution |
| • | Proposed hardware details |
Evaluation will be on a price/quality ratio of 80/20 respectively The criteria for the quality score will be:
