In order to properly understand sentiment and be able to track engagement effectively, Corporate Affairs are required to procure an employee engagement platform.
The platform supplier should:
| • | Help to define a new colleague engagement index, and therefore have a deep understanding of industry best practice, and current and emerging data and employee engagement trends is required. |
| • | Offer ongoing training, assistance and best practice guidance, to ensure we maximise the capability within the platform and support upskilling within our organisation. |
The platform should be live to enable the development of our Colleague Engagement Index.
