Contract 3 - Roof Covering Replacements Programmed Works 2019 - 2022

Individual projects including housing/residential installs, Roof Covering Replacements and minor repairs to be completed in ether of the following forms; houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale. The specific Projects details that may be procured under this Framework Contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however,indicative volumes, approximate per year are: 2019-20 = 156, 2020-21 = 240, 2021-22 = 362 and 22-23 = 155.

The ProContract Project reference is DN363776.

The initial contract duration is for thirty six months with an option to extend for a further twelve months.
