description
The Works comprise the erection of hoardings as indicated on the site plan in Appendix A of the Invitation to Bid. The demolition of 3No buildings including the grubbing out of foundations and removal of oversite concrete and external hardstandings, importing of fill and disposal of all debris.

The Form of Agreement and Conditions used for the Contract will be those issued by the Joint Contracts Tribunal Limited and described as the JCT Standard Building Contract without Quantities 2011 (including CDM Regulations Amendment 1 – effective from 6 April 2015) as amended and supplemented by the Schedule of Amendments.
