The work comprises: The refurbishment of this semi-detached BISF steel frame constructed 2 storey house, comprising removal and disposal of all internal walls, inner skin of external walls, re-instatement of walls, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, rear access to garden from proposed kitchen and decoration. As part of the process the contractor will be required to
| • | Have a controlled strip out of the internal frame |
| • | Reinstatement of internal wall sets in timber partitions, including enhanced insulation |
| • | Design and installation of the Heating and Hot water system, including the provision of a new boiler |
| • | Installation and design for a new Cold water service |
| • | Refurbishment of kitchen, and kitchen layout |
| • | Refurbishment and Installation of a new bathroom suite |
| • | Rewire of the electrical installation, |
| • | Re-decoration |
