The Management & Valuations Team has responsibility for providing professional property advice and support to a range of council services as well as managing the council's non tenanted property portfolio. The team also provides land and property advice on a range of key regeneration projects within Dudley and are seeking a consultant to undertake benchmarking management & valuation function as detailed in the brief.
Additional information: This project is being procured in line with Councils contract standing orders and only invited consultant will be able to apply for this opportunity.
