Hertsmere Borough Council is seeking to appoint an external consultant to lead on housing strategy work, enabling the Council to develop statutory and non-statutory strategies and to advise on appropriate use of commuted s106 Affordable Housing payments received from developers.
Proposals / quotations are sought from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, whether operating as a sole practitioner or employed by larger organisation with the appointment initially for a 6 month period. Subject to a review after 6 months, there may be scope to extend the contract for a further period of up to 18 months.
