St Helens Council are looking to commission a provider to undertake a SEND High Needs Strategic Planning Review which supports our ambition to ensure that all children and young people with SEND have access to have access to a range of provision and support across the borough, which meets their educational needs and provides good opportunities for them to progress. . The provider will be expected to conduct the review, analyse data and liaise with key stakeholders and provide recommendations in the form of a written report.
