Home Office requires HR subject matter expert/s to ensure its full range of expert areas exploit all the opportunities of new system in order to realise the best benefit for HR. The due diligence phase will agree on how well the process meets HR needs, and the amount of business change required as a result. To take HR from this point into the next phase of planning for global design, data structure and policy work, HR are seeking to engage HR subject matter expert/s help them:

ensure the HR scoring agreed in due diligence reflects the optimal, fit and change - as well as ensuring HR has "one voice" on the action to be taken on blockers and changes (or collectively confirm where change is not desirable), to realise the best benefit for HR in line with the wider pan government policy and strategy around scope and scale;
plan for the completion of all "fit and change"; and
tailor the HR materials required to mobilise change and support HR with the development of its transformation plans.
