Replacment boilers at Perton Civic Centre

Perton Parish Council invite suitably qualified and experienced heating contractors to carry out the replacement of gas boilers and associated works at Perton Civic Centre, Church Road, Perton, South Staffordshire WV6 7PD.

The works will include, but not limited to the following;

Isolate, drain and remove existing gas heating boilers and flue system (incl disposal), Specify, supply and fit new gas powered boiler(s),

Supply and install new appropriate flue system,

Supply and install all necessary pipework, controls, valves, fixtures and fittings etc, Connect new system to gas, water and electrical services,

Commission and test

We invite suitable contractors to provide a compliant quotation. All tender documents must be submitted by email to clerk@pertonparishcouncil.gov.uk with 'Tender' clearly shown In the subject line. All tenders to be received by 5pm Friday 5th October 2018, late returns will not be accepted.

The supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities by the supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the form of tender and pricing schedule shall be borne by the supplier.
