Stockport Homes Group (SHG) are seeking tenders for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for a period of four years, plus an option for a further one year extension on agreement between parties commencing 29 January 2024.

This is a two stage process. In this first stage, interested suppliers will be asked to fill out the attached Selection Questionnaire (SQ) for return by 17 July 2023 from which a short-list will be drawn up. In the second stage, the shortlisted suppliers will be invited to respond to an invitation to tender (ITT) which will include full specifications. The tenders are then evaluated, any clarification meetings held and the contract awarded to the successful tenderer. The Invitation to Tender exercise is anticipated to commence 31 July 2023.
