The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide Facilities Management Soft Services for members of PfH.

Procurement for Housing is working in conjunction with a number of their members in developing this framework agreement to meet their immediate requirements for the provision of Facilities Management Soft Services. Committed spend on award of this framework is currently within the region of 5-15 million per annum, although members do hold the right to remove this commitment if they choose to do so.

PfH is seeking to appoint a number of Facilities Management Soft Service providers that consistently meet the highest professional levels of performance and conduct. The providers will need to deliver high quality, control and effective monitoring to ensure the best possible service is provided to PfH members, whilst also meeting all requirements both geographically and by Lot description.
