- The MCA has a requirement to purchase personal protective equipment (PPE) for operations in potentially hazardous areas where there may be fumes associated with hydrocarbons e.g. freshly spilled oil. A second requirement is for training in the use, care and maintenance of this equipment. These requirements will be divided into two Lots.
