Roof repairs are require on the steel depot roof ( please see attachment ) .Overall, the roof is in poor condition. The roofing sheets have lichen growth evident to all areas. There are several sheets that have the beginnings of surface corrosion, with cut edge noted to the area of the sheets which adjoin to the curved cladding. The curved edge cladding also shows signs of heavy corrosion will leaking noted internally due to this. The fixing caps are beginning to rust in isolated areas across the entire roof.

The GRP roof lights are also in fair condition. The roof lights show signs of UV degradation and soiling. A decision to re-use existing or replace should be considered upon further inspection.

Roof leaks were evident in various locations internally with staining to the underside of the roof and require repair.
