Incentive Vouchers

HMRC are seeking assistance from an external supplier to provide shopping vouchers to reward users that have taken part in research of our Digital Services.

The supplier will be expected to source and Issue vouchers in a secure manner to HMRC, enabling HMRC to then issue these vouchers to the recipients.

The amount of the vouchers will be of varying amounts from £25 - £50 for each of the particular needs of the research the users participate in.

These vouchers would be in the form of card and hopefully eventually look to move to eVouchers depending on the security process around these vouchers.

We look to order an estimate of 50-60 vouchers on a monthly basis depending on demand.

The eSourcing event for this procurement is provisionally planned to be opened 25th July 2018 with 7 working days for you to submit your quotation up until 12:00 midnight 8th August 2018.

HMRC use an HMRC version of SAP Ariba Sourcing. Suppliers using HMRCs Ariba for the first time, will need to register at: http://hmrc.supplier-eu.ariba.com/ad/register/SSOActions?type=full you may need to cut and paste the web address directly into your web browser. As part of the registration process you will receive a system generated email. Once you have obtained 'your account ID (AN) number, please email e.procurement@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk with the following information: The contract title shown in Section II.1.1) your organisation's HMRC SAP Ariba account ID: (AN Number) Online questionnaires must be fully completed no later than 12:00 noon 8th August 2018. Expressions of interest not containing the requested information may be rejected. All communications shall be in English. Any Clarification questions must be submitted by 3rd August 2018.
