To work with staff from the ASC Directorate and those that LCC can deploy from the corporate centre to build capability and capacity, establishing the core approaches and agreed reporting tools to enable the ASC directorate to enact their full transformation plan.
- Key activities within this work package:
? Implementing and supporting transformation governance to support the Directorate to deliver the £6-£8m targeted savings
? Working with LCC to produce a fully agreed transformation plan, which will be tracked as part of the ongoing governance arrangements. This will include governance arrangements, workstream plans, benefits tracking procedures, a comms plan and a resourcing strategy
? Agreeing, establishing and implementing a benefits tracking framework including associated reporting structures
? Working with project leads to produce high quality PID's and benefit realisation plans which will form the baseline of the governance procedure
? Draw in corporate support from finance, HR, procurement & IT to enable the change
? Working closely with the Front Door Services and Reablement workstreams to ensure a joined-up approach
? Continue to build internal capacity & capability around the PMO and benefits tracking to allow LCC to maintain this framework
? Supporting corporate PMO with establishing good practice across the Council
