Organisational Development and Culture Change Support

Breckland and South Holland District Councils share a joint procurement service, who seeks to procure and commission providers to help deliver and support both Councils’ cultural change programmes and to support a Leadership development programme.

We are keen to develop a new organisational culture that is change ready, supports and enables the delivery of both the ‘Moving forward’ Change programme, and each ‘People Plan’. It is also important that the senior management teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to manage in an adaptive way in a complex and changing environment.

This work will be split into two lots;

Lot 1: Supporting the successful delivery of both Councils’ organisational development plans and cultural change programme

Lot 2: Leadership Development programme

The closing date for return of an ITT is 09/01/2017
