description
The contract will cover the service and maintenance of Stairlifts, Hoists and Through Floor Lifts installed in Council and privately owned dwellings within Central Bedfordshire and will involve bi-annual servicing and a reactive responsive repairs facility.
The responsive repairs service will include normal working hours and out of hours with a maximum response time of 24 hours and 2 hours for emergencies.
The contract will be for 2 years.
