Sandwell Children's Trust is seeking to identify new suitable providers offering foster carer placements for looked after children to join its existing Regional Fostering Framework by reopening a procurement exercise.
This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children's Trust ("the Trust") in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services being procured fall under Schedule 3 of the regulations and are subject to the light touch regime.
The following organisations will be able to call-off against the framework contract and are referenced in the OJEU Notice: Birmingham Children's Trust, Coventry City Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Herefordshire Council, Sandwell Children's Trust, Shropshire County Council, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Staffordshire County Council, Stoke-On-Trent City Council, Borough of Telford & Wrekin , Walsall Council, Warwickshire County Council, Wolverhampton City Council and Worcestershire Children First.
The estimated annual contract value is £133m.
