Development of new school on the site of the former Pensnett School of Technology including external works and Multi Use Games Area at Tiled House Lane, Brierley Hill, DY5 4LX.
It is proposed to construct a new single storey school at the above site including external works and Multi Use Games Area.
It is envisaged that the new buildings will be traditionally constructed with raft foundations, steel frame, tiled pitched roofs, and external walls clad with masonry, curtain walling and rainscreen panels.
