description
This is a one off purchase of an artwork for the Sainsbury Centre collection. The acquisition follows the Sainsbury Centre formal acquisition process in line with national Museum Accreditation. All acquisitions are measured against the Collections Development Policy in line with the accreditation. Firstly being proposed and discussed at the acquisitions internal committee and approved by the Sainsbury Centre Director. The acquisition is then presented to the Sainsbury Centre Board (sub-committee of UEA Council) for ratification.
A single action tender has been undertaken.
