The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) wishes to facilitate the development of new mixed-tenure extra care housing schemes in the city - possibly up to 300 homes, depending on further evidence of need.
A specialist housing extra care consultant is sought to assist the Council in developing feasible and sustainable model or models of provision suitable for the area which CWC can promote, encourage, financially support or in some other way encourage.
