Service to run for the duration of approximately four months to gauge interest and patronage for the service in advance of a longer standing tender taking place at a later date for a more long term service.

Given that this facility is additional to that currently provided, operators are expected to quote a daily rate on a Minimum Cost basis, with all revenue (including concessionary and SMART reimbursement) being returned to the Council through the invoicing process.
