Concession opportunity - The sale of Christmas trees at Southwick Hill Car Park

Portsmouth City Council is inviting bids for the sale of Christmas Trees at Southwick Hill car park from suitably experienced operators.

The site is offered with 1 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 2 years to a maximum of 3 years, in increments to be agreed subject to the agreement and performance of both parties. The licence will allow the sale of Christmas trees from the end of November until Christmas that same year.

The successful bidder will deliver a rental income to the Council that offers a minimum of £1,750 for the period (each year).

The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day. External furniture is permitted on site for the purposes of running the concession but must be agreed in advance with the Council.
