Architect (Project value under £4.0m)

The 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under £4.0m) contract forms one of the construction related Consultancy Services on the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.

The consultant will provide all services expected of a competent Architect including but not limited to:

Design, develop and document all architectural elements via drawings, models, schedules and specifications, including advising on quality control during contract.

Act as lead designer in the development of co-ordinated design work with other consultants to successfully complete the Project.

The contracts on the framework will be awarded independently of each other, and there is no requirement for any tenderer expressing an interest in 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under £4.0m) to express an interest in any other of the contracts forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy framework 2018 - 2022.

Likewise, tenderers requesting an expression of interest in 1721/MR Architect (Project Value of Under £4.0m) will not be excluded from expressing an interest in any other contract forming the University of Sheffield Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022.
