Huntingdonshire District Council is undertaking a review of its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule and developer contribution requirements and, therefore, is seeking consultants to undertake a planning viability study to inform the approach taken in the Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD); and in the development, examination and adoption of a new CIL Charging Schedule. The viability study must be undertaken in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework 2019 (NPPF), the most up to date National Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) and The Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors (RICS) 'Financial Viability in Planning: Conduct and Reporting, May 2019.The Council uses an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential suppliers. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications including submission of your tender will be via the Portal (Due North).
