Delivery Notes

Refurbishment of 5 toilets within the Sinclair Building at Cambridge. The works will include a full strip out, new ceilings, sanitary ware, IPS panels, vanity units, new hand dryers, PVCU wall cladding in lieu of ceramic tiles, lighting, vinyl floor covering and decoration. There is contractor's design around the lighting, plumbing and sizing of the IPS panels. Each toilet will be refurbished separately and the sequence may not follow one after another, there may be longer periods of time between each toilet.
