An Agency is being sought to undertake a programme of engagement and community activity to support North Essex Garden Communities Ltd, is a publically owned company established to oversee the developing proposals for three new Garden Communities across North Essex.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
