Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a Condition Survey of the Council?s Schools and various Corporate Properties as well as the preparation a Program Plan for the stock

Project Description

The work required under this contract relates to the provision of a Condition Survey to identified Schools and Corporate properties within the Swindon Borough Council stock Full details relating to the Services are provided in the tender documents.

Contract Period

The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months commencing 1 March 2016 with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and budget availability.
