The Council currently funds a number of different services which aim to help people to stay well and look after their health. We are considering making changes to the current services to make them easier for people to access. We would like to create one new service which will bring all these existing services together into an Integrated Wellness Service. To help us develop our plans we want to hear the views of people who live and work in Bolton, and your suggestions about the services and support needed to help people to live and stay well. We hope that you will share your views by attending one of our consultation events or by completing our online survey.
