Wessex Fields Business Park Masterplan

Bournemouth Borough Council ("The Council") requires a multi-disciplined contractor to produce a masterplan for the Wessex Fields Business Park; a six-hectare site allocated for employment on the eastern edge of Bournemouth.

Bournemouth Borough Council acquired the Wessex Fields site in 2016 with a view to see it developed as a world-class business location with a focus on health and wellbeing.

The business park will be constructed on the site in conjunction with a new grade-separated junction on the A338 Wessex Way, which is awaiting planning determination. An access through the proposed business park will connect directly to the A338.

The Council seeks tenders for a masterplan for utilising the site which will be used for construction of the business park on the Wessex Fields site.
