Cyclical Decorations for Paragon Community Housing Group

Paragon Community Housing Group is advising the market that it will soon be commencing a procurement exercise to identify suitable qualified and experience contractors to deliver their programme of cyclical decorations and maintenance works.The programme will be divided into four geographical lots, each containing approximately an equal number of units. It is Paragon's intention to appoint one contractor, to each lot, to undertake the full scope of works cover by the contract.Economic Operators should note that they will be able to express an interest in one, several or all lots. However; no contractor will be awarded more than two (2) lots. Therefore a minimum of two (2) contractors and a maximum of four (4) contractors will be awarded a contract.Economic Operators should also note that the myTenders website will be used to administrate the process and submissions will only be accepted electronically via the Postbox facility.
