description
The Planet Framework Model (PFM) is HS2 Ltd’s primary transport model used for forecasting how the rail network will be used in the future and the impact HS2 would have. The model development contract is used to develop, improve and update PFM. The model needs to be continually updated and improved to ensure we are using the most up to date information and assumptions. The contract is entirely focussed on the robustness and quality of the model itself.
