Jubilee Field - All Weather Trail

Ravenfield Parish Council is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the following works, scheduled to begin in Summer 2025:

Land Drainage:

Implementation of drainage systems to effectively manage water logging on the site.

Tarmac Footpath Construction:

Installation of a durable, tarmac footpath throughout the designated area.

Landscape Planting:

Implementation of a landscaping plan that includes planting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation to enhance the aesthetics and environmental sustainability of the area.

Please be aware that this is an open public space. You will need to include appropriate safety measures to restrict public access during the work.

Design and Technical Drawings:

Design plans and technical drawings for the project are available upon request.

Quotation Requirements:

All submitted quotations must include a detailed cost breakdown and account for potential inflation, given the anticipated start date of Summer 2025. Contractors should consider material, labour, and any additional costs that may arise during the project period.
