Insurance Brokerage and Associated Services

Aon will act as the Trust's insurance intermediary with respect to the placement of insurance in accordance with our instructions (the "Services"). Where our Services include claims services, they will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed between us.

The Trust are responsible for the decisions made regarding the insurer(s) selected for our insurance placement. Aon do not guarantee or warrant the availability of an insurance contract or the financial security, solvency or performance of any insurer and we will not be responsible in the event that they are unable to meet their obligations to the Trust. the Trust acknowledge and agree that Aon are not an insurer.

Where relevant, and to the extent that Aon remain appointed by the Trust, prior to the end of the insurance contract period, Aon will advise the Ttust if the incumbent insurer has offered to renew your insurance and the terms of such renewal. Aon will also notify the Trusat if either the insurer is not willing to renew your insurance or we no longer arrange such insurance with that insurer.
