Quotation for Personal Safety - Dealing with Violent and Aggressive Situations

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Learning and Development Team is seeking to appoint an experienced training provider to deliver Personal Safety - Dealing with Violent and Aggressive situations to a variety of teams across the organisation. Training is to be delivered at Sandwell metropolitan Borough Councils premises and the Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor for the provision of this service.

The requirement is to ensure that the course is tailored to meet the various situations that work groups may come across. The focus will need to be at the preventative level and how to remove yourself safely from a situation. The training will focus on an element of customer care and how we raise customer care to reduce incidents and get a positive outcome.

The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is £20,000 and the contract period will be for two years commencing April 2019 to April 2021. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
