description

Supported Housing is focussed in the support that enables individuals to maintain their own tenancy, promoteindependent living and move on; usually people who live in supported housing have their support needs met by'housing related support'. Supported Living is more likely to be longer term help and support to enable a person to live as independentlyas possible. The Framework will be split into following lots as follows:- Lot 1: Homelessness Services Lot 2: Multiple Needs Lot 3: Young People at Risk Lot 4: Learning Disabilities Lot 4a: Learning Disabilities Complex Needs Lot 5: Mental Health Lot 5a: Mental Health Complex Needs Lot 6: Physical and Sensory Needs The framework will run for an initial 3 (three) years with an the sole discretion of the Council,to extend for a further 1 year, subject to satisfactory contract performance and the Council having the need for aprovider framework and the funding available for the framework. All values and figures quoted.
