Quotation for a Tea Dance at West Bromwich Town Hall

The Facilities Management Section, within the Assets Service within Regeneration and Growth Directorate, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are looking for to work in partnership with an organisation to provide a Tea Dance at West Bromwich Town Hall, High Street West Bromwich

A tea dance has been operating at the venue for the last 3 years, with an average attendance of 76 persons during the period April 2017 to end of January

The council is looking for a partner / organisation that will be able to provide the appropriate music, lead and teach dances (e.g. Sequence & Line), to suit the attendees and increase the attendance.

The Tea Dance will take place on Wednesday afternoons for a period of 3 hours from 12.30pm through to 3.30pm, for a minimum of 20 and maximum of 24 occasions during a one year period. The contract will be for three years starting 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2021. Dates will be agreed between the Facilities Management section and the successful provider.
