The Delivery Communications and Political Governance division are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver learning events around having confident conversations.
The delivery will be aimed at leaders of all levels and have the following objectives:
| • | understand the core skills needed to conduct great conversations, based on the 3 steps to Assertiveness model; |
| • | understand the impact of your own emotions and how to stay in control; |
| • | understand how to respond to the emotions of others; |
| • | recognise the importance of constructive feedback; |
| • | be able to demonstrate competence in conducting a range of conversations; |
| • | understand the importance, and impact of, choosing the right medium for conducting a conversation. |
