Gas and electricity news and data services

BEIS is renewing an annual subscription for gas and electricity data and market reporting - we invite individual bids for either package A (gas markets), package B (electricity markets) or both A and B.

Bidders are encouraged to bid for either gas or electricity, or both packages. We have specified below the "core requirements" and "additional requirements" for each package. If additional requirements are provided at an additional cost, this should be clearly stated in the proposal. Please provide samples of the reports that will form part of the subscription.

BEIS reserves the right to halt the procurement process and to not award a contract. BEIS will not be held liable for recovery of costs from unsuccessful bids if a contract is not awarded. All costs will be borne by the bidding organisations. If a contract is created the contractor's standard terms and conditions will apply to this contract - however this is subject to the Department's legal review and agreement.
