GLD018 2021 Recruitment Review - Contract Extension

The Government Legal Department (GLD) has followed the call-off procedure for the CCS Management Consultancy Framework Two (MCF2) Framework Agreement (Reference RM6008) and has awarded this Call-Off Contract to the Supplier Ameo Professional Services Limited (part of FutureGov) by way of Further Competition.

The Supplier has extensive experience of all aspects of process review, recruitment operations and procurement, stakeholder management and culture change. Therefore, the Supplier shall provide assistance in reviewing the Customer's recruitment function, specifically to;

• Examine the suitability and effectiveness of its current operation - including its people, structures, processes and policies;
• Assess the current state against the CSHR target operating model, taking into account the culture and niche market of legal recruitment;
• Review the end to end recruitment journey and experience from key stakeholder perspectives; and
• Assist with the requirement specification for third party procurement and bring expert insight on the recruitment market opportunities by using the outputs of the reviews.

The original Call Off Contract period was for 28/06/2021 - 06/08/2021.

The Call Off Contract has been extended. The new contract period: 03/09/2021 - 31/10/2021
