Legal advice for pan-London modular housing programme

Legal services are required to advise on the corporate structure for legal advice for pan-London modular housing programme. A new entity will need to be established - owned by the participating local authorities - to undertake the tasks associated with this programme on behalf of those local authorities that decide to participate in this scheme; including the receiving of funds from the GLA, procurement of units and management of day-to-day operations.

QUESTION The costing schedule on the contract finders website (copy attached) does not appear to reflect the specification for works, please confirm if this is correct or if there is another form of pricing schedule which should be completing as part of the tender response.

RESPONSE It is just a sample as stated "all text is given as an example only"

Please adjust text within the cost table as you wish as there is no other pricing schedule to be completed as part of the tender response.

Tender specification has been up date the text for Appendix B has been removed leaving a list of the items required for this tender. There has been no alteration to the original specification which I have left on the site as available to view in case of any concern

Please note Specification and Specification update have now been replaced with Specification Update 1 as the email for the tender box was incorrect. 26/10/17 Additional references to Appendix B throughout the document have now been removed and the Specification to be used is SPECIFICATION UPDATE 1B
